Refund Policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
The short version
- Full refund within 7 days of buying your code, if you have used less than 10% of the content.
- Ask on WhatsApp or by email. The money goes back the way you paid.
- No refunds after an account is suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.
When you can get a refund
You can get a full refund if both of these are true when you ask:
- it is no more than 7 days since you bought your code, and
- you have used less than 10% of the content.
The 7 days start on the day we send you your code after payment, whether or not you have activated it. A code you have not activated counts as unused, so it can be refunded within those 7 days.
How use is measured
We look at three things in your account:
| Part | What counts as used |
|---|---|
| Notes | Each notes section you opened |
| Question bank | Each question you answered (including questions answered in an unfinished block) |
| Flashcards | Each card you reviewed at least once |
For each part we divide what you used by the total available. You are under the limit if all three are below 10%. For example, if you answered 150 of 1,000 questions (15%), you are over the limit even if you have not opened the notes.
Your account shows these numbers, and we use the same numbers when we check a request.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +995 574 479 914 or email support@aceyourmd.com with the email address of your account. You do not have to give a reason, although it helps us to know.
How you are paid back
- Refunds go back the way you paid, for example to the same bank account, Whish account or PayPal account.
- We send the refund within 14 days of approving it. Your bank may take a few more days.
- When the refund is made, your access ends and the code is cancelled.
When there is no refund
- More than 7 days after you bought your code, or once you have used 10% or more of any part.
- If your account was suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service, for example by sharing your account or copying content.
- For part of a plan. Refunds are all or nothing.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.
